Group Medical Insurance
We offer two medical plans.
Both plans offer a wide variety of plan options. Please see the attached Summary of Employee Benefits.
In addition to the plans we offer, we also offer the following:
If you opt-out of our company medical, we will credit you $150 per month through payroll.
We offer $550 per month, toward medical premiums and/or H.S.A
If H.S.A, $250 per month; remainder of the $300 toward medical premium, per month
100% employee premium is paid for vision and dental
We also offer a Flex Savings Account.
We provide dental benefits through UNUM. Our plan offers both in-network and out-of-network coverage at the same rate. For example, Tier 1 services (cleaning, X-rays, fluoride treatments) are covered 100% whether you use an in-network or out-of-network dentist.
Vision coverage is offered through VSP.
Along with the above, we also offer Life, AD&D and Disability, and other supplemental insurance.
We offer a 401k and a Roth Retirement Savings plan. Our employees are eligible to participate in our plan after 6 months of continued employment.
CPA Exam and other Education
We want all of our employees to become CPAs. In support of that, we will reimburse you $1000 per section passed. When you receive your CPA license, you will be able to plan a cruise for two through the company. We will also reimburse employees for continuing education in the CPA field, with review and approval from Human Resources.
Paid Time Off and Holidays
We offer an unlimited PTO plan for our exempt salaried employees. We also have a healthy holiday schedule.
